The Old Goat

The TEXAS STATE GUARD is an organization consisting of citizen soldiers who respond to emergencies in the state of Texas. An active, drilling soldier can receive up to 12 credit hours FREE TUITION per semester for up to five years at any Texas public institution. Go HERE for details.
