Texas State Guard “GO Bag” List for Deployment
The attached file is the GO Bag for Deployments. Everyone needs to have a complete GO Bag to be deployable. There are some absolute necessities and some recommendations. Usually, when deploying for shelter duty, there are space constraints to consider as well when carpooling. Do not break your budget to put your GO Bag together and make sure you can carry it!
We have recently been tasked with conducting a show down inspection of each individual’s GO Bag. This task must be completed and verified. Your individual Commanders will give you more information on when this will be done, but it will need to be completed within the next 6 weeks.
